Title: German Cucumber Salad

2mdCucumber; sliced thin
4 Green onions; sliced thin
3smTomatoes; sliced
2tbFresh parsley; snipped -dressing--
1/4cSour cream
1/4tsPrepared mustard
2tbFresh dill; minced
1tbVinegar
1tbMilk
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper

In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Note: This recipe came from a man who ran his own inn in Germany. It's a very cool, light salad with an exhilarating taste that's delicious any time of the year.
